The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull, American White Shepard, Bandogge, Belgian Groenendael, Belgian Laekenois, Belgian Malinois, Belgian Shepard, Belgian Tervuren, Boerbel, Boxer, Bull boxer, Cane Corso, Catahoula Leopard Dog, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Husky, Japanese Tosa Inu, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull or Pitt Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Dog or Wolf Dog Hybrid.

Pet deposits and fees are as follows:
Pet deposit is $400.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300.
Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet
