Proof of Renter's Insurance is part of the property qualifying criteria to live at the community. We require rental insurance coverage for your protection. We care about our residents and their belongings. We have partnered with LeasingDesk Insurance Services and eRenterPlan to offer the required insurance coverage at competitive rates. You are also welcome to choose another provider if you prefer. Paladin disclaims any and all responsibility for damages to your personal property arising from fires and other events. However, a renter's insurance policy generally will include personal property coverage to protect your belongings as well.
